Randy founded Synesis Advisors with the intention to bring high-end, client-focused advisory work to the main-street business owner. He has been providing lower-middle market M&A services since 2011, having consulted with hundreds of businesses on their exit plans, and leading business owners and acquirers through the M&A process. His client-centric model focuses on providing attention to detail and high-touch communication that reduce the complications, frustration, and anxiety that a business transaction can bring.

He has been published extensively providing recommendations on the purchase and sale of these associated businesses.

Randy is a Past President for the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB) and is a proud member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and ProVisors. Randy is also a CFA Charterholder.

In his spare time, Randy enjoys running and has completed over fifteen races, from the marathon to the 100-mile distance. As a former All American wrestler, he can be found traveling throughout California officiating high school wrestling.
